At Queen Cosmetics, we want you to feel like royalty with every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused beauty products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Log into your Queen Cosmetics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
